DECA Team Wins Big at Collegiate International Career Development Conference

Lindenwood University’s Collegiate Distributive Education Clubs of America international team collectively took home 19 awards this year at the 2017 Collegiate International Career Development Conference April 18-23 in Anaheim, Calif.

Winners included

Savannah Bice – Chapter Leadership Award; Leadership Passport Award: Gold Level; Academic Honor Award; Harry Applegate Scholarship

Monica Friedman- Leadership Passport Award: Blue Level

Monica Eckelkamp- Chapter Leadership Award; Leadership Passport Award: Blue Level; Academic Honor Award

Connor Hepler - Leadership Passport Award: Blue Level

Taylor Hepler - Leadership Passport Award: Blue Level

Jonathon Dunlop – Top Role Play; Top Test Score; Banking Financial Services finalist; Top 10 International finalist

Jamie Grecco- Entrepreneurship finalist; First Place Overall International Entrepreneurship which included a $5,000 prize

Braeden Westhusing - Leadership Passport Award: Blue Level

Lindenwood Chapter – Second place in international entrepreneurship event; all members received Awards of Excellence
