After concluding the best season in Lindenwood history, the awards keep on coming for the men's soccer team. Two Lindenwood players, Nesa Stefanovic and Branko Savic, were named NAIA all-Americans.
Ryan LeTulle, a junior from Topeka, KN, and Jake Bleyenberg, a senior from Kansas City, Mo., both were honorable mention all-Americans. All four athletes were first-team all-Region V.
But that's not all. The Lions excelled in the classroom too. Stefanovic and Maxim Popov, from Lipetsk, Russia, were selected as NAIA scholar athletes. To earn that honor, it takes a junior standing and a 3.5 grade point average.
