Welcome to our website. We are glad you chose to visit! This University is blessed with strong academic programs and has a robust financial position that ensures the continuation of quality higher education at Lindenwood into the foreseeable future. We believe this favorable position results from our being a student-centered Teaching University. On this campus, the student is not an intrusion: He or she is the reason Lindenwood exists. For more than 182 years, our mission has been to graduate enlightened, accomplished, useful citizens of a global society.
We offer 84 undergraduate programs and 37 graduate programs in diverse areas of study, both traditional and innovative. We are especially proud of our new doctoral program in Education. More than 3,850 of our students live on Lindenwood’s beautifully wooded, 500-acre main campus in St. Charles, most of them being actively involved in either student organizations or intercollegiate athletics (or both). Our graduate, corporate, and evening students are chiefly working professionals who attend class at one of our many branch campuses throughout Missouri and Southwestern Illinois.
