How do constitutional rights expand to illegal immigrants?  Are they afforded due process?  The Fourteenth Amendment reads that "No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."  This was known as the Incorporation Doctrine.  It established that all of your rights in the constitution are applied to YOU!  In fact, just being present in the United States, whether living, visiting, working, etc., the Fourteenth amendment guarantees your constitutional protections.
