Would you ever go to trial without an attorney representing you?  Do you really need an attorney to represent you?  What if you could not afford an attorney?  How does the court ensure you have a fair trial?  How is a jury selected?  Many people don’t understand the processes related to a criminal or civil trial.  The complicated processes are designed to ensure that one is afforded a fair trial.

  • Right to a Speedy & Public Trial

  • Right to an Impartial Jury
