Institutional Review Board (IRB)
All human subjects research conducted under the auspices of Lindenwood University, whether by faculty or students, must first be approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB).
All IRB protocols must be submitted via the online system at IRBNet. Go to http://www.irbnet.org/ and create a new account to get started.
All faculty/students submitting IRB applications must complete NIH Protecting Human Research Participants training and upload a copy of their certificate to IRBNet. Create a login and complete the free, self-paced, online modules at http://phrp.nihtraining.com/users/login.php.
Spring 2016 IRB Meeting Dates
Expedited applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Dispositions for expedited applications should be received in two weeks or less.
Full IRB protocols must be submitted one week prior to the meeting date to be included on the agenda.
Based on the quantity of IRB submissions, more meetings may be scheduled.
