The Sibley Scholarship is Lindenwood’s premier undergraduate scholarship for exemplary student leaders. This competitive scholarship recognizes students who exhibit high academic achievement, community service, co-curricular involvement, and leadership.

The Sibley Scholarship is awarded in a range and could cover up to full tuition for the 2024-2025 academic year. The Sibley Scholarship will exceed and replace any Merit Scholarship that a student is offered.

  • Have earned a minimum cumulative unweighted GPA of 3.5 (out of a 4.0 scale), as reported on your official high school transcript.
  • Submit a 500-750 word personal essay answering the following question: Describe a personal achievement you are proud of and how it has positively impacted you and others (such as your school, club or sports team, religious group, or community).
  • Submit a resume.
  • If selected as a finalist, must be able to attend a virtual interview on February 23, 2024.
  • A completed Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is preferred, but not required.
