The Lindenwood University Cycling Team was formed in spring of 2007 with only a handful of riders and has grown remarkably in size to over 50 student-athletes to date. The program has consistently progressed in the USA Cycling collegiate rankings. The Lindenwood University Cycling Team finished the 2016-2017 school-year ranked fourth nationally for varsity Division I schools and won five individual national titles across three disciplines this year. The national rankings combine all five disciplines of our sport’s national championships in track, mountain, cyclocross, BMX, and road and displays consistent performance in every discipline of our sport. Our goal is to become the top-ranked varsity Division I university in the country by the end of the 2024-2025 academic-year, and we need your support to achieve this goal. Whether your contribution comes in the form of equipment sponsorship, volunteer hours, or cash contributions, we sincerely appreciate your kind heart and passion for Lindenwood University cycling!
How Will My Donations Be Used?
In order to reach our goals, we need to grow our team by 50 percent! This will require a considerable increase in our program’s finances. Lindenwood University provides excellent support for our programs, but with five disciplines we are always in need of additional funding for travel, entry fees, equipment, and uniforms. With our current goals in mind, we especially need your help to increase the number of riders we can support in our program.
