The Lions were able to attract a pair of first team All-State defenders from the Kansas City area: Grain Valley's Cody Fogle (20) was a 1st team All-MRVC pick on both sides of the ball, and Shawnee Mission West's Tony Ritzman (47) was a first team All-Sunflower League selection for the second consecutive season.
