Ron Beilsten:
Varsity Head
Coach
Ron Beilsten is
entering his
fifth season
behind the bench
with the Lions’
inline hockey
team. In his
first four
seasons Beilsten
has a combined
record of
123-1-0 and four
straight NCRHA
National
Championships.
While coaching
at Lindenwood,
Beilsten
continues to
coach top level
club teams in
national
tournaments.
Before coaching
at Lindenwood,
Beilsten was an
assistant coach
for the St.
Louis Vipers in
the RHI.
J.P. Beilsten:
Junior Varsity
"Gold" Head
Coach
J.P Beilsten is
entering into
his third year
behind the bench
of this junior
varsity squad.
J.P helped lead
the “Gold” squad
to national
championships in
2005 and 2006.
J.P. has also
help out
Lindenwood’s ice
hockey program
for the past few
years. While
coaching at
Lindenwood, J.P
continues to
play on top
level teams
around the
country and is a
player for the
U.S. national
team. J.P. is
also a former
player for the
Missouri River
Otters.
Jon Hilke: Junior Varsity “Black” Head Coach and “Gold” Assistant Coach
Jon Hilke is
entering his
second season as
a coach of this
national
championship
program. Hilke
helped lead the
“Gold” squad to
a 26-2-1 record
and a fourth
consecutive
national
championship.
Hilke also lead
the “Black”
squad to a
fourth place
finish in the
Great Plains
Regional
Tournament last
year. While
coaching at
Lindenwood,
Hilke is
currently
coaching DeSmet
high school’s
varsity in-line
hockey team in
M.O.I.H.A
(Missouri
In-line Hockey
Association).
Ian Mackie:
Varsity
Assistant Coach
Ian Mackie is
entering his
second season
behind the bench
of the division
1 national
champions.
While coaching
at Lindenwood,
Mackie is the
commissioner of
M.O.I.H.A and is
highly respected
in the roller
hockey
community.
Mackie has also
been very
involved in
P.I.H.A
(Professional
In-line Hockey
Association) and
many of the
rinks around the
area.
Jim Jones:
Junior Varsity
"Gold" and
"Black"
Assistant Coach
Jim Jones is
entering into
his second
season behind
the bench of the
B-Division
national
champions.
Jones helped
coach both
“Gold” and
“Black” squads
to very
respectable
seasons last
year. Jones was
involved in both
the Warrenton
high school and
Wright City high
school in-line
hockey programs
before coming to
Lindenwood
University.
Jones also was
affiliated with
Dry Ice Arena in
Wright City.
