She is responsible for administering and maintaining all facets of the Lindenwood University women's soccer program including recruiting, scheduling, training, and game management.

In her inaugural season as head coach in 2005, the Lady Lions finished with a 17-3-1 record, including a stretch of 14 undefeated games. The Lady Lions managed to knock off a number of nationally ranked teams while posting their best record since the 2003 season. The Lady Lions also captured the title of the Labor Day Tournament hosted by Cardinal Stritch.

The next season, Kaminski's squad went 9-7-2 overall. Last year, Lindenwood had one of the top defenses in the country and finished the year with a 10-6-2 mark. During Kaminski’s tenure as head coach, the Lady Lions have an overall record of 36-16-5, and have reached the NAIA regional tournament twice.

Prior to the 2005 season, Kaminski was an assistant coach at Lindenwood under head coach Thom Champion. As an assistant, she gained valuable knowledge and experience. She played a significant role in helping guide Lindenwood to the 2003 NAIA National Tournament.

Off the soccer field, Kaminski holds the position of assistant coach with the Lindenwood softball program. She will begin her fifth season with the softball program during the 2009 season.

Before coming to Lindenwood, Kaminski played four years of college soccer at Saint Louis University.
