Lindenwood University is seeking comments from the public about the university in preparation for its periodic evaluation by its regional accrediting agency. The university will host a visit November 6-7, 2017, with a team representing the Higher Learning Commission (HLC). Lindenwood University has been accredited by HLC since 1921.
The Assurance Argument and Federal Compliance Report
Lindenwood University is currently writing an Assurance Argument in preparation for its comprehensive evaluation and site visit on November 6-7, 2017 by a peer review team representing the Higher Learning Commission (HLC). The Assurance Argument details how the University is meeting each of the five HLC Criteria for Accreditation. The Assurance Argument narrative is linked directly to supporting documents that serve as evidence that we meet the criteria. As part of the comprehensive evaluation, Lindenwood is also preparing a required Federal Compliance Report that addresses a number of key issues such as the University's processes for handling student complaints and its processes for verification of student identity.
