Earning a Minor in Marketing at Lindenwood University-Belleville

A minor in marketing requires 27 credit hours and includes areas of study such as management, financial accounting, and marketing information and research.

What to do with a Marketing Degree

Graduates in marketing go on to work in many different positions, including brand management, market research, advertising and promotions, media planning, event marketing, sales and customer service, public relations, and retail, digital, and social media marketing.

The Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that marketing jobs are on the rise with a median annual salary of $61,290. Most recently, Illinois ranked in the top 15 states with the highest employment levels of marketing specialists.
