Lindenwood University maintains a 2 + 2 articulation agreement with Goldfarb School of Nursing at Barnes-Jewish College in St. Louis. Students pursue a two year course of study and then transfer to Goldfarb School of Nursing for two years of work leading to a BS in Nursing degree. Students may also pursue any bachelor's degree with us for 4 years while taking the pre-nursing classes and then complete a one year accelerated program with Goldfarb School of Nursing and also receive a BS in Nursing degree.

A similar schedule of coursework will prepare students to enter other BSN programs as well. Students interested in participating in the pre-nursing program should meet with a pre-nursing advisor before planning their first semester schedule.
