The first step in the application process is to apply and submit the necessary documents along with the $100 application fee. Without the payment, Immigration and Admission documents will not be sent out.
After your acceptance to the university, you will receive a scholarship offer.
III. Presentation of Scholarship and Work and Learn Award
Scholarships come in the form of an email. To accept, please sign the award, scan it and email back to us.
IV. Immigration, Admission, and other Documents
Once you have accepted the proposed scholarship, a package containing your authorized paperwork (I-20, I-901 information), admission documents (admission letter and scholarship award), and other informative documents will be shipped through DHL to the address on your application.
Please make sure to provide a correct address, phone number, and email address on your application.
Make an appointment with your local United States embassy to obtain your F-1 Student visa.
VI. Inform the International Office of your Visa status
Please keep the International Office updated on the status of your visa. Please send an email to BellevilleInternational@lindenwood.edu.
If you do not have your visa, the university cannot guarantee housing or schedule you for classes.
VII. Make Travel Arrangements
a. You must arrive at Lindenwood by the start of your orientation program, please refer to the appropriate Semester, Quarter or Five-Term MBA program listed in the Academic Calendar
b. Once you arrange your travel schedule, please inform us of your travel dates by sending an email to BellevilleInternational@lindenwood.edu.
c. Graduate students only: Please also send an email to your admissions counselor with your travel information. If you do not arrive by the start of your orientation program, you may not be eligible to begin your term.
NOTE: for your return flight, do not schedule your departure before the end of finals.
VIII. Arrive at Lindenwood University-Belleville
Plan to arrive on campus during business hours between 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and check in with Housing and the International Admissions Office
