LCIE (Lindenwood College for Individualized Education) offers a wide variety of degree programs for both undergraduate as well as graduate students. Class sizes are small, with the typical class being 10-14 students. Our accelerated program of study enables students to progress toward their degree without relinquishing career and family obligations. The LCIE program was established under the premise of meeting the need of those adult students who cannot attend classes during the day. Classes are 12 weeks long and meet one night per week from 6 to 10 p.m.
The LCIE program has a deep commitment to meeting the intellectual and professional needs of adult learner s who have employment experience. The fundamental premise of this program is to provide courses that facilitate high quality professional and personal competence. Through the use of varied curricula and excellent teaching designed to meet a variety of adult student needs, the LCIE program realizes its mission within the university community. The LCIE business programs (business administration, healthcare management, and human resources) have been accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools & Programs (ACBSP) since fall of 2012. All LCIE programs have been continuously accredited by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) since the inception of the program at the St. Charles campus in 1975.
