11.19.2015Barczykowski to Deliver Commencement Speech
Lindenwood University will hold its December commencement ceremony at 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 6 in the St. Charles Family Arena. Bonnie Barczykowski, chief executive officer of Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri and a Lindenwood University alumna, will deliver the keynote address.

Lindenwood University-Belleville will host “Breakfast with Santa” from 9-11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 5 in the U.S. Senator Alan J. Dixon Student Center, located at 2600 West Main Street.

11.10.2015‘Military Friendly’ Designation Awarded for Seventh Consecutive Year
Veterans who enroll at Lindenwood University will again study at a “military friendly” school–a designation the university has earned for the seventh consecutive year–according to the 2016 Military Friendly School list published recently by Victory Media. Only 15 percent of colleges, universities, and trade schools nationwide receive it each year.

10.29.2015Dr. Renee Porter Assumes Role as Provost
Lindenwood University-Belleville President Brett Barger today announced that he has removed the interim tag from Dr. Renee Porter’s title and named her campus provost.

10.07.2015Barger No Longer Interim, Assumes Presidency
Lindenwood University System President Michael D. Shonrock removed the interim title Wednesday from Dr. Brett Barger and appointed Barger president of the Lindenwood University Belleville campus. Barger had been serving as interim president since August 1.

09.15.2015Bill Dill Named NAIA Athletic Trainer of the Year
Lindenwood Belleville former head athletic trainer, Bill Dill, has been named the NAIA Athletic Trainer of the Year, as announced on Tuesday by the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics. Dill was at the helm of the athletic training staff since the inception of the athletic program in 2009, and was given the task of building his own department. In just six years, Dill has taken this athletic training department and staff to heights unparalleled.

U.S. News and World Report has ranked Lindenwood University among the top regional universities in the Midwest, which consists of 12 states.

The Lindenwood University-Belleville Psychology Department received a $10,000 grant from the Monticello College Foundation to support research projects for women.
