Application Procedures - International Students
Printer-Friendly
International residents or non-resident aliens living in the U.S. wishing to apply to a graduate program in the Lindenwood University School of Business & Entrepreneurship should visit http://www.lindenwood.edu/admissions and select International Admissions. Visit the Admissions Process, Required Documents, and Application links. (Note: The applicant should not complete the Evening & Graduate Admissions application; rather, the applicant should complete the international application and indicate the intended field of study on that form.) In addition to the application form, international applicants must submit an official university transcript showing that a baccalaureate degree has been conferred, accompanied by a certified English translation of that transcript, along with a personal statement and an official TOEFL score (TOEFL institution number 6367), and a $100 application fee, made payable to Lindenwood University. For a complete list of additional documents that must also be submitted with an international application, applicants should refer to the Required Documents link under the International Admissions page of the university website.

Students wishing to transfer up to nine credits of graduate level coursework from an international institution into a graduate business program must:

1. Submit, as a part of the application packet, an official WES evaluation of a university (baccalaureate) transcript. When requesting a transcript evaluation, students should list Lindenwood University as the recipient. WES will provide a copy of the evaluation directly to the applicant; the applicant should keep this copy for his/her records. For further information on WES transcript evaluation, applicants should contact WES at www.wes.org.

2. Bring to the university, notarized copies of translated and certified course syllabi (created by the course instructor) for each class that the applicant wishes to apply for transfer credit. Each course syllabus must describe all topics and concepts that were covered in the course. Upon arrival to Lindenwood, the student will submit these syllabi to the International Office and to his or her academic advisor. These syllabi will be forwarded to the dean of the School of Business and Entrepreneurship for approval. No international transfer credit will be accepted without the approval of the dean.

Once all required documents are received, a member of the International Office will contact the applicant. For further information regarding the application to graduate business programs, please contact the International Office.

The application and application materials may be mailed to:
