If you purchased your tickets through the Box Office and did not provide an email address during the transaction, please call the Box Office during normal business hours to add your email to your patron account. Otherwise you will not be able to list your tickets for resale.
We understand that circumstances may arise that keep you from attending a performance at the J. Scheidegger Center for which you previously purchased tickets. In an effort to make your experience with us the most enjoyable and convenient possible, we are proud to introduce a new feature that just may help you out in those particular circumstances.
The TicketResell feature will allow you to place your previously purchased tickets back into our seating inventory to be resold, offering you an opportunity to recoup the original cost of the tickets minus a minimal servicing fee.
This new feature is beneficial several times over:
To list your tickets for resale you simply have to register and log in to your online account through our Box Office via the TicketResell page. If you didn't provide an email address during your initial purchase, you can call the Box Office and we can add your email to the system allowing you to then create an online profile.
This new feature will be available beginning with the 2013-2014 season starting August 15, 2013. Please check back here for more information then and specific instructions on how to utilize this new function.
