Booth Registration

  • Set-Up Time: 4:00p.m. – 5:30p.m.
  • Tear down: 10:00p.m.
  • Parking/Shuttle: Parking is a first-come first-serve basis. Event staff will gladly meet you at your vehicles and transport any materials to your designated booth. Event golf cart will only be permitted past check-in table. Special Arrangements will be considered for select vendors using vehicles as displays and/or marketing purposes. Arrangements can be made by emailing LUDarkCarnival@Lindenwood.edu.
  • Check-In Location: Lindenwood University, 209 S. Kingshighway, St. Charles, MO 63301
  • How many people to expect: 8,500 – 12,000
  • All weather event
  • No sales of any kind will be permitted
