Dr. Pas joined the Department of English at Lindenwood University in 2010.  She teaches world literature and American literature undergraduate courses .  In addition to her teaching and advising responsibilities, Pas chairs the Humanities Research Committee and serves on the Faculty Council.  As a scholar of American ethnic literature, Pas focuses her attention on translation studies, literature of the Holocaust, and the intersection of language and identity.
