Ben Scholle, Professor of Communications, holds a BA from Washington University and received his MFA in Film and Electronic Media from American University. He has worked on a variety of independent films and television programs, and his short films and documentaries have played in festivals worldwide. His feature documentaries have also aired on The Documentary Channel, the BET Network, and Free Speech TV. In 2008, Ben’s documentary, HairKuTT, was selected to screen at MoMA. Ben Scholle serves as Department Chair for Cinema and Television.
