Beginning Teachers Workshops sponsored by MASSP and MAESP will be held at Lindenwood on:

Teacher Education
Mandatory Meeting for Student Teacher Candidates!
• All Spring Semester 2010 Student Teacher Candidates Required to Attend Mandatory Meeting

Date: November 17, 2009
Times: 2:00 – 4:00 PM or 6:00 – 8:00 PM
Place: Young Hall Auditorium

Student Teachers Candidates who are teaching in January 2010 MUST attend this meeting to enroll in Student Teaching as you will not be able to enroll in Student Teaching through the online student portal.

Student Teacher Candidates must be enrolled in EDU 41000 or EDU 59900 for the Spring Semester to be placed in a student teacher position.

• Deadline for Fall 2010 Student Teaching Application is January 30, 2010!   Click here for the PRAXIS website.
• CBASE: All Undergraduates must pass CBASE prior to being admitted into Teacher Education.
• PRAXIS: All Undergraduate and Graduate Teacher Education Students must pass PRAXIS prior to the submission of Student Teacher Application.
• New and Transfer Teacher Education Students are required to enroll in EDU 21500/51500 Praxis Portfolio Seminar
Beginning in Fall 2009.
• Student Teacher Application including PRAXIS score submission Deadlines
