If you are choosing to use any lender other than those with electronic applications previously listed, please:

  • Print this Plus Loan App./Master Promissory Note & the Loan Request Form
  • Complete the forms
  • Be sure to complete #9 and #10 with the name and code of the lender you plan to use.
  • Bring or mail the completed forms to the Financial Aid Office at Lindenwood University to continue the process.

A Master Promissory Note is the contract that you sign for a Federal Stafford, Graduate Plus or Parent Plus loan, promising to pay back your loan.
