Liberty & Ethics Center

Liberty & Ethics CenterThe Liberty & Ethics Center is one of three focus centers of Lindenwood University's Hammond Institute for Free Enterprise. The Center was founded in 2013 to focus on the humanistic aspects of the broader mission of the Hammond Institute. Its mission is to foster scholarship on the roles of free enterprise and liberty in advancing the virtues necessary for a society that is both prosperous and just.

The Center's activities include conferences and speakers, collaborative work among our Research Fellows, and the integration of students into a network of like-minded students and scholars.

The Liberty & Ethics Center is directed by Dr. Rachel Douchant, Associate Professor of Philosophy.
