Graduate Assistant Opportunities

GA – LCIE Business Programs (two positions)

Location: Lindenwood University Cultural Center, 400 N. Kingshighway, St. Charles

Start Date: August 2013

Purpose of Position: Assist LCIE Business Programs Division Director and Program Directors    

Duties & Responsibilities: Organize and distribute materials for standardized tests, record results in MS Excel, produce charts and graphs. Attend and take minutes of meetings, and prepare other documents as required. Place telephone calls, filing, and other office duties as assigned.  

Position Requirements: Prior experience as administrative assistant is a plus.

Education Requirements: Must be enrolled as a Graduate student. Business program preferred.

Experience Requirements: Experience in use of MS Office, excellent MS Excel skills required.

Hours/Days: 20 hours/week Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturday hours.
