Lindenwood University-Belleville, an NAIA institution, is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Part-Time Men's Volleyball Coach. Job Description The successful candidate will assist the head volleyball coach with all aspects of the volleyball program, including but not limited to recruiting, scouting opponents, assisting in the planning of daily practices, match preparation, off season training, monitoring of academic progress, and assisting the head coach with all other assigned duties. The successful candidate must be highly motivated to coach and possess strong interpersonal, verbal, and written skills and provide positive leadership in all aspects of Lindenwood University and the volleyball program. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma, minimum of two years volleyball coaching experience, and knowledge of the NAIA rules and regulations. Must be highly motivated with an outstanding work ethic, must show loyalty, and must have training experience necessary to compete at the NAIA level. Demonstrate strong organizational skills, exceptional verbal/written communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft products. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree and experience playing at the college level or two years of experience coaching at the college level. Successful experience recruiting qualified student-athletes. Skilled in the workings and understandings of video analysis, match statistics, and recruiting software programs.
