If you purchased your tickets through the Box Office and did not provide an email address during the transaction, please call the Box Office during normal business hours to add your email to your patron account. Otherwise you will not be able to list your tickets for resale.
We understand that circumstances may arise that keep you from attending a performance at the J. Scheidegger Center for which you previously purchased tickets. In an effort to make your experience with us the most enjoyable and convenient possible, we are proud to introduce a new feature that just may help you out in those particular circumstances.
The TicketResell feature will allow you to place your previously purchased tickets back into our seating inventory to be resold, offering you an opportunity to recoup the original cost of the tickets minus a minimal servicing fee.
This new feature is beneficial several times over:
- You have the option to sell your tickets if you are unable to attend the performance.
- Any tickets you might purchase through the Box Office are guaranteed to be legitimate, whereas other online outlets that attempt to resell tickets often prove unreliable.
- As tickets may not be resold for more than 25 percent over the original cost, there will be no "price-gouging" by individuals.
- Once listed for resale, you no longer need to worry about trying to sell your tickets - we do the work for you! Please remember we cannot guarantee your tickets will sell. Until your tickets are sold to a new patron, they belong to you, despite being listed in our primary inventory.
To list your tickets for resale you simply have to register and log in to your online account through our Box Office via the TicketResell page. If you didn't provide an email address during your initial purchase, you can call the Box Office and we can add your email to the system allowing you to then create an online profile.
As always, we appreciate your patronage and will endeavor to improve your Box Office experience.
