SUMMER QUARTER REGISTRATION

The Summer Quarter Registration Period is from 27 May to 30 June 08. Specific dates for registration are assigned according to a student's academic standing. Senior Graduate Students (those with twenty-seve (27) or more semester hours) and Senior Undergraduate Students (those with eighty-four (84) or more semester hours) will begin the enrollment process first, followed by Juniors, Sophomores, and Freshmen according to the schedule outlined below:

Dates Academic Standing Number of Hours Completed
May 27 to 30 Senior Graduate, Undergrad Students Senior Graduate, 27+ hours
Senior Undergrad, 84+ hours
June 2 to 6

Junior Graduate, Undergrad Students Junior Graduate, 9 to 26 hours
Junior Undergrad, 54 to 83 hours
June 9 to 13

Sophomore Undergraduate Students 24 to 53 hours
June 16 to 20 Freshmen Undergraduate Students 0 to 23 hours

To enroll for a cluster, each student will need to make an appointment with his/her faculty advisor during the dates assigned according to your academic standing. Your advisor will meet with you at that time to monitor your progress in the current cluster, assist in course selection, and complete your enrollment form. You will then be able to complete the enrollment process and receive your first assignment during this same meeting time. Of course, you can meet with your advisor and enroll for a cluster anytime after (but not before) your designated registration period. For example, a junior graduate or undergraduate student may register for a cluster anytime between 2 June and 30 June 08.

Be sure to call your advisor at least three weeks before your designated registration period to schedule an appointment.

The Summer Quarter begins on Wednesday, 2 July 08 for continuing undergraduate students and on Saturday, 28 June for new undergraduate students and all graduate students.

Should you have questions about this enrollment process or your assigned faculty advisor, please call Lori Malloy at 636-949-4500.
