20 ’90s Chad Bolser (’92) has recently been named chancellor of Ivy Tech Community College’s Richmond campus as the college’s new organizational structure. Bolser previously served as the Richmond campus president. Bolser received his B.A. in history. ’00s Heidi Murray Fairbanks (’01, ’03) is the special events and volunteer coordinator for the Child Advocacy Center of Northeast Missouri Inc. She and her husband, Chad, have been married for 15 years and reside in O’Fallon, Mo., with their children: Cora, 11; Carter, 6; and Monica, 24; and their dogs, Zoey and Dutch. Fairbanks received a B.A. in social work and human service agency management in 2001 and an M.A. in nonprofit administration. Jeff Haug (’03, ’06) has joined the Meramec Valley R-III School District as the business manager and chief financial officer. He has an Ed.D. in educational leadership and a master’s degree in educational administration from Lindenwood University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in history from Truman State University. He also has a Missouri superintendent certification and principal certification and lifetime teaching certification. He was principal at Winfield Middle School from 2006 to 2009. In 2009, he was named director of support services at Winfield School district, and from 2013 to present, he has served as assistant superintendent for instruction at Hazelwood School District. He and his wife, Robyn, a Brentwood High School English teacher, recently celebrated their 19th wedding anniversary and live in Brentwood with their children, Meghan and Ben. Devin Hori (’04, ’05) is in his 11th year at Edward Jones, in St. Louis, Mo. Hori has a B.A. in business administration and public management and an M.B.A. in public management. Quain Tull (’04) is founder of Rockstar DJs in St. Louis, which started as a part-time hobby and is now a full-time career. The company now employs more than 10 DJs with plans to expand into photo booth and videography services and event production. He and his wife, Melissa, were married in 2008 and have two children, Delaney and Dawson. Tull’s M.A. is in psychology. Tiana Montgomery (’05, ’08) was recently named principal at Shiloh Elementary School. Montgomery has 15 years of administration and teaching experience from Alton and East St. Louis. Her undergraduate degree is from SIUE, and she has an M.A. in educational administration and an Ed.S. in administration from Lindenwood University with plans to seek a doctoral degree in 2018. Lainey Strohmeyer (’05) was recently hired as director of human resources at MetroGistics Holdings. Strohmeyer brings 12 years of experience in recruiting and human resources and most recently served as director of human resources for Intelliteach. MetroGistics Holdings and equity partner Tailwind Capital acquired AmeriFleet earlier this year, and Strohmeyer will oversee human resources at both organizations as they integrate staff and operations. She has a bachelor’s in communication science from Truman State University and a master’s in human resource management from Lindenwood. She serves on the steering committee of the Humane Society of Missouri’s Women’s Leadership Council. Caitlin Hoeh Pistorio (’06) recently led the St. Vincent De Paul girls’ soccer team to the class 1 state title this spring. She joined the school as coach in 2014 and was also a successful athlete there in softball and soccer. She holds the school record for most career goals and most single-season goals. She continued her success at Lindenwood, playing both soccer and lacrosse. She has a B.A. in political science and public management from Lindenwood and a law degree from St. Louis University, after which she enlisted in the Marine Corp. She works in Cape Girardeau County as an attorney, working cases that deal primarily with women and children. Ignacio “Nacho” Novas (’06, ’08) and Lydia Elking Novas (’09, ’13) have continued their passion for soccer after college through their soccer club, Real STL Soccer. Founded in 2012 to develop kids into competitive soccer players, the club now boasts 40 boys and girls teams. Lydia teaches physical education at Saint Gerald Majella Elementary School in Kirkwood, Mo. Ignacio was a member of the Lion’s men’s soccer team and received B.A. degrees in educational studies and sport management. Lydia was a member of the Lady Lions women’s soccer team and received her B.A. in physical education and her M.A. in sport management. They live in St. Louis and have two daughters, Luliana (Luli), 4, and Camila (Mila), 2, and are expecting a child in October. Danny Malone (’08) was recently promoted to English teacher manager, show director, and curriculum advisor at the Royal Kindergarten Education Center in Shenzhen, China, where he has taught for 2 1/2 years. He has been living and teaching in China for five years. He has also worked on stage productions and has extensively traveled throughout China. He received his BA in criminal justice. Marci Thompson (’08, ’10) and Andrew Brown (’16) recently announced their engagement. Thompson is an account executive with Express Scripts, and Brown is an IT help desk technician for Marco Technologies. The couple lives in St. Peters and plans to be married April 14, 2018, at the Stone House of St. Charles. Thompson has a bachelor’s and master’s in health management. Brown received a bachelor’s in cyber security. ’10s Amanda Brown (’10) and Joe Howell recently announced their engagement. Brown is a marketing manager for Diba Imports in Earth City.
