Faith UMC pastor to teach at LU this fall

March 15, 2004

March 15, 2004--Rev. Jeff Spaulding of Faith United Methodist Church in St. Charles has joined the Christian Ministry Studies faculty at Lindenwood University.

Spaulding, who will be an adjunct professor, will be teaching Doctrine of Salvation and Doctrine of Humanity, according to Steve House, campus director of Christian Mininstry Studies at Lindenwood.

Spaulding joins House, Rev. David McAlpin of First Baptist Church of Harvester, and Drs. Mike Mason and Alan Meyers on the Christian Ministry Studies faculty at Lindenwood. Spaulding has a Master of Divinity degree, and a bachelor of Secondary Education.

Christian Ministry Studies is a new undergraduate degree program at Lindenwood that trains students for pastoral or youth ministry positions in a local church, or in preparation for graduate school or the seminary.
