Lindenwood University and the Missouri Department of Conservation are offering a workshop "Missouri History and Westward Movement" Jan. 28-30 at the historic Daniel Boone Home in Defiance.
Topics at the workshop will include Osage Indian Meal, Dutch oven cooking, muzzle loading rifles and bullet molding, living history, woods tools, dugout construction, archeological surveying, flint knapping and more.
