Michael A. Eschbach has been hired as director of development at Lindenwood University in St. Charles.
Eschbach comes to Lindenwood from the Boy Scouts of America, Greater St. Louis Area Council, where he was assistant director of field service.
With the Boy Scouts, Eschbach was heavily involved in Friends of Scouting, an annual fund-raising drive. In addition, he worked on membership growth.
Eschbach, who lives in Fenton, has a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing from UM-St. Louis. He is an Eagle Scout and a single parent with two children.
