For more than 30 years, audiences from throughout the region have come to Lindenwood to enjoy Charles Dickens’ classic. This year, the story of miserly Ebenezer Scrooge returns with a stage adaptation of Dickens’ story by Marsha Parker, of the Lindenwood theatre faculty, who is also directing the production.
“Every year we try to make the story of Ebenezer Scrooge’s redemption a bit different while being true to the style and the form of Dickens’ creation,” Parker said. “The 2009 production contains its own surprises worthy of the time-honored ghost story that has warmed the hearts of young and old for more than 200 years. We hope you join us.”
The cast includes Jason Puff as Ebenezer Scrooge, Jimmy Krawczyk as Bob Cratchit, and Ryley Schaub as Tiny Tim, as well as C.
