A complete schedule of university theatre, music, and dance performances, as well as speaker events and professional shows, is available at the site. Scheidegger Center for the Arts on the Lindenwood campus at 2300 West Clay St. in St. Charles, one block west of First Capitol Drive.
Called the funniest farce ever written and “a festival of delirium,” by the New York Times, Noises Off presents a manic menagerie as a cast of itinerant actors rehearses a flop called Nothing’s On. Doors slamming, on-stage and backstage intrigue, and an errant herring are all part of the plot of this hilarious and classically comic play.
The cast includes Morgan Albertson, Marissa Bioni, Cal Dummerth, Daniel Hayward, Amelia Kolkmeyer, Taylor Poore, William Walkenhorst, Benjamin Wegner, and Katherine Welborn. The play is directed by Larry Quiggins. The play opens the Theatre Department’s 2013-14 season.
