Online Programs - Complaint Process


As a student in the online venue, you have a right to file a complaint with your state for those instances where you feel your rights within the online degree program were violated.  That could range from legal to academic to scholastically to financial.  Each state has their own complaint “board” that investigates the allegation.  Listed below is the information you need to file a complaint with your state.  Listed are a web site and a contact person.
