Lindenwood University offers 7 male and 8 female residence halls, centrally located on our main campus. Each residence hall is supervised by a live-in Resident Director (RD). He/she oversees the general well-being and safety of the resident. Along with a staff of student Resident Advisors, they assist and support the students with the day to day challenges of university life.

APARTMENT STYLE HOUSING
This option is available to both male and female students with 34 or more credit hours. Residents live in apartments, duplex, or house setting with other students. Lindenwood University furnishes a bed, desk and chair, and dresser for each student as well as utilities (water, electric & gas). The residents are responsible for setting up and paying for their own telephone and cable service. All LU houses & apartments are located within a few blocks of the main campus.

NON-TRADITIONAL HOUSING
This option is available to married students and single parents (female). Houses are available in the Linden Terrace for married couples.

Single parents may live in apartment-style living as well as select houses. Each apartment accommodates two mothers. The houses are shared by 2-3 mothers, in a shared living environment. Lindenwood University furnishes utilities (water, electric & gas). Telephone and cable service are the residents’ responsibility.

• 90 bed capacity
• 1 and 2 man rooms available
• Community and private bathrooms available

NEW AYRES HALL (women)
• 66 bed capacity
• Newly renovated, air conditioned housing for freshmen women
• 4 and 5 person rooms available with private bathrooms in each room.
•2 Spacious lounges.

BLANTON HALL (women)
• 180 bed capacity
• Air-Conditioned
• 2 room suites (2 or 3 women each) with a shared bathroom
• Delta Zeta sorority housed on lower level
• Comfortable main floor lounge with microwave/dining area
• First floor laundry facilities
• Located near Spellmann Campus Center, the fitness center, the field house, Harlen C Hunter Stadium, and the Hyland Performance Arena/training room

CALVERT ROGERS HALL (women)
• 187 bed capacity
• Air-Conditioned
• 2 room suites (2 or 3 women each) with a shared bathroom
• Comfortable main floor lounge with microwave/dining area
• First floor laundry facilities
• Located near Spellmann Campus Center, the fitness center, the field house, Harlen C Hunter Stadium, and the Hyland Performance Arena/training room

COBBS HALL (men)
• 115 bed capacity
• 2 room suites (2 men each) with a shared bathroom
• Lower level offers 4 man rooms with community bathrooms
• Comfortable main floor air conditioned lounge with microwave/dining area
• Laundry facilities on lower level

EASTLICK HALL (women)
• 15 bed capacity
• Offers a quiet setting for scholar students
• Full kitchen on main floor
• Community bathrooms

FLOWERS HALL (men)
• 180 bed capacity
• Air conditioned
• 2 room suites (2 or 3 men each) with a shared bathroom
• Comfortable main floor lounge with microwave/dining area
• First floor laundry facilities
• Located near Spellmann Campus Center, the fitness center, the field house, Harlen C Hunter Stadium, and the Hyland Performance Arena/training room

GUFFEY HALL (men)
• 187 bed capacity
• Air Conditioned
• 2 room suites (2 or 3 men each) with a shared bathroom
• Alpha Sigma Phi fraternity housed on lower level
• Comfortable main floor lounge with microwave/dining area

IRWIN HALL (women)
• 150 bed capacity
• 2 room suites (2 women each) with a shared bathroom
• 3 and 4 women rooms available
• Lower level and 4th floor have community bathrooms
• Comfortable main floor air-conditioned lounge with microwave area

• Spacious 1, 2, 3, 4 women suites available with semi-private or private bathrooms

PARKER HALL (men)
• 161 bed capacity
• Air-Conditioned
• 2 room suites (2 or 3 men each) with a shared bathroom
• 4 men rooms available with private bathroom
• 6 single rooms available with community bathroom
• Spacious main floor lounge with microwave area
• Main floor laundry facilities
• Overlooks Harlen C. Hunter Stadium-located near the Spellmann Campus Center, fitness center, field house and the Hyland Performance Arena/training room

SIBLEY HALL (women)
This is Lindenwood University’s oldest and most celebrated building on campus. Sibley Hall is listed in the National Register of Historic Sites.

STUMBERG HALL (women)
• 22 bed capacity
