Group Exercise Classes

We provide and extend exercise classes during the week for Lindenwood student, faculty, and staff.

Current Class Offerings

Boot Camp: This class is a fun and fast-paced workout designed for people of all fitness levels. Boot Camp will include segments of aerobics endurance, muscle toning, and core strengthening.

Cardiac & Core: Core exercises are designed to tone your abdominals, lower back, buns, and thighs. The stretching portion will focus on lengthening your muscles and improving your flexibility, leaving you feeling long, lean, and energized.  The cardiac portion will put your cardiovascual system to the test, while burning calories!

X - Fit: Strength and conditioning that combines weightlifting, sprinting, gymnastics, powerlifting, kettles, plyometrics, running, jump-roping, and medicine ball training.

Cardio Challenge: Come to Cardio challenge and put your cardiovascular system to test! We will be mixing it up and killing calories! Class is good for burning fat and increasing cardiac capabilities.

Yoga:  Classes are designed for the beginner and the intermediate to learn the essential elements of Yoga.

Spinning:  Come join us for an indoor cycling experience designed to burn calories and tone muscles.
