All clients must have a valid Lindenwood University ID. All clients should wear athletic shoes and exercise attire to all training sessions.
Personal Training Information
6-8 week training sessions
1 hour training sessions
2 training sessions a week
First Session Sign Ups: August 25-29 or until full
First session training period: September 1- October 24
Second Session Sign Ups:October 13-17 or until full
Second session training period: October 27- December 5
All prospective clients must fill out a personal training request form, which can be obtained at the Rec Center. Once approved, a Client & Trainer Contract will be completed.
