Returning Students (job renewal)

Returning students who wish to continue their job into the upcoming year must ensure they are packaged for Work and Learn by Financial Aid and have a complete Work and Learn packet on record with the Work and Learn Office. The packet consists of the following:

- Lindenwood Work and Learn Program Contract
- Lindenwood Work and Learn Renewal Form (Coming Soon)
- I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification
- W4, Federal Employees Withholding Allowance Certificate
- MOW4, Missouri State Employees Withholding Certificate
- DDL, Lindenwood University Release Form
- Copy of a form of ID (to establish identity) and Social Security Card/Birth Certificate OR Copy of Passport

Once the packet is complete they must bring a Lindenwood Work and Learn Renewal Form to their supervisor, have it approved and return it, along with a completed Lindenwood Work and Learn Program Contract, to the Work and Learn Office. Students will be issued an employee contract to sign with their supervisor; this must be returned to the Work and Learn. Students will not receive a timesheet or be allowed to work until all paperwork is returned to the Work and Learn Office. All paperwork must be completed prior to March 15 of each year for it to be in effect for upcoming Fall semester.
