On Campus Telephony Upgrade
Applies to St. Charles Campus students residing in a dormitory.

This summer (2012) we are making significant improvements to our campus phone system.  We will be upgrading all of the equipment that provides the phone lines to the campus dorms and replacing them with the latest technology.  As a result, all phones lines will be disconnected as part of the upgrade.   In order to request a phone line for your dormitory, please email the Information Technology office at helpdesk@lindenwood.edu and including the following.

Request: Activate Phone Line
Contact number (Cell Phone):
Housing assignment (Dorm and Room number): 

• This request needs to be made every time your housing assignment changes. 
• If you do not use or need an active phone line in your room, there is no need to make a request. 
• Your regular telephone will continue to work on our upgraded system.
