A Christmas Carol Returns to Lindenwood Stage for the Holidays

The Lindenwood University Theatre Department will present its annual production of the holiday favorite A Christmas Carol at 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 5-7 in the university’s Bezemes Family Theater.

Scheidegger Center for the Arts on the Lindenwood campus at 2300 West Clay St. in St. Charles, one block west of First Capitol Drive.

Charles Dickens’ classic has been a holiday tradition at Lindenwood University for over three decades. Audiences from throughout the region have come to enjoy the story of old miser Ebenezer Scrooge and his Christmas Eve journey of self-discovery in the company of the three Ghosts of Christmas. Magic, mystery, and all of Dickens’ favorite characters will bring the story to life and once again show the true meaning of Christmas.

This year’s production is directed by Donna Northcott with a cast of over 35 people, including Chris Strawhun as Ebenezer Scrooge, DuVaul Isreal Gamble as Bob Cratchit, Kimberly Byrnes as the Ghost of Christmas Past, John Fisher as the Ghost of Christmas Present, and Keyley Schaub as Tiny Tim.
