ADP Mathematics Placement Exam Part I

The first component of the Mathematics Placement Exam tests your ability to perform mathematical operations, such as multiplication, division, rounding, and percents. The exam consists of 16 multiple-choice and free-response questions and is 30 minutes long. Earning a passing score of 12 out of 16 enables you to enroll in a 6-credit Foundations of Mathematics (IMH 10200) cluster which includes Quantitative Management Applications (IMH 13200) or Basic Statistics (IMH 14200). If you do not earn a passing score, you must enroll in and successfully complete (with a C or better) Foundations of Mathematics as a stand-alone 3-credit course before you may enroll in any other math course through ADP.
