When you study fashion business and entrepreneurship, you'll not only learn how to bring the latest styles and trends to the runway, you'll also learn how to manage a successful business built in the fashion industry with the managerial and economic skills to thrive as an entrepreneur. When you study fashion and the fashion business, you will learn many facets of the industry. These include the principals of financial accounting, macroeconomics, finance, and management as well as business law, global business and society, advertising and promotional strategy, statistics, pricing strategy and negotiation, computer-aided design and history of the fashion industry as well as other courses in on online-hybrid setting.

What can I do with a bachelor's degree in Fashion Business and Entrepreneurship?

According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the 2015 median income of a fashion designer is $63,670 per year. There are about 23,100 current job openings in the field and growth is expected to continue at about 3 percent a year. Some of the career paths that can come from this degree are: Fashion designer, fashion illustrator, fashion photographer, textile designer, retail buyer, merchandiser, fashion and public relations writer, and many more.
