The Literary Journal:

Instructor: Beth Mead

Class Type: Literary Journal Editing

Course Description: Students in this journal editing class will read, discuss, and vote on selected fiction submissions (short fiction and flash fiction) for the next issue of The Lindenwood Review literary journal (which will be an online-only journal). Other coursework includes proofreading accepted pieces, researching journals for future personal submissions, and class discussions on topics such as cover letters/bios. Become familiar with The Lindenwood Review by visiting our website. Students will be listed as editorial assistants in the online journal; this credit can be added to your CV/resume.

No textbook is required.
