Lindenwood University’s printer maintenance is now contracted through Marco (Formerly DNT). Marco provides service, maintenance, and toner for University printers. Faculty or staff are responsible for fulfilling the paper stock. Classroom printers with repairs, toner or network connectivity issues will remain the responsibility of the LindenwoodIT. For classroom printer problems, supply issues, please call or email the Help Desk, at extension x5100 with the ID#. For any non classroom printers, write down the  tag number (equipment id) that is affixed to your printer prior to contacting Marco for service or toner.
