Butler Society and Sibley Heritage Society Gala

Butler Society and Sibley Heritage Society Gala

The Butler Sibley Gala is a yearly thank you celebration for our most prestigious donors of the university. Without the help of these dedicated folks, Lindenwood would not be able to continue. Funds from these generous donors help students receive scholarships, preservation of historic buildings, and will allow Lindenwood to keep the tradition going for another 200 years. The Butler Society is comprised of a select group of alumni and friends who have promoted the growth of Lindenwood University through significant charitable gifts. Membership is determined through lifetime giving levels beginning at $25,000. The Sibley Heritage Society is comprised of a select group of alumni and friends who have secured the future of Lindenwood University and her students with provisions in their estate plans. Membership is for individuals who have made arrangements through a variety of estate planning tools such as bequests in a will, trust or life insurance policy.

Endowed Scholarship Luncheon

Endowed Scholarship Luncheon

Endowed scholarships create a living legacy by helping current students and countless generations of future students. These scholarships are permanent funds whose principal always remains invested and the investment income is used to award scholarships. Many students would not be able to attend Lindenwood without the help of these scholarships. Because of that, each year Lindenwood hosts an opportunity for students to meet the donors that provide these scholarships. Students who meet with their donors understand the importance of giving back to their alma mater and donors can see the impact they’ve made in a student's life.
