Lindenwood University-Belleville hosted former Belleville Township High School and Belleville West High School coaches and players from across the country during its Maroons on Main event on Saturday, Feb. 5.

Alexis Otis-Lewis, former associate circuit judge for the State of Illinois, will join the faculty of Lindenwood University-Belleville starting Jan. 17. Otis-Lewis will take on the role of assistant professor for the LCIE criminal justice program and act as an advisor for students enrolled in evening classes.
Mix together a struggling theater company, a tired and tattered production of “A Christmas Carol,” a really bad actor and a visiting inspector from the National Endowment for the Arts, and you get “Inspecting Carol,” an off-the-wall holiday farce. Everything that could possibly go wrong does as a fictitious theater company struggles to mount their annual production of the holiday classic.
For the second consecutive week, a Lindenwood Belleville basketball player has been honored for her work on the court by the United States Collegiate Athletic Association. This week, Megan Clark of the Lady Lynx was selected as Player of the Week.
Lindenwood Belleville's Todd Starks took home two awards on Tuesday, as he was named as an Area College Player of the Week by area basketball expert Earl Austin Jr. In addition, Starks was named USCAA Men’s Basketball Player of the Week.
Annette Eckert, retired circuit judge for the 20th Judicial Circuit, and Greg Moats, former Belleville District 201 superintendent, have joined the faculty of Lindenwood University-Belleville.
