John R. Porter Named 23rd President of Lindenwood University

Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Mo., has named John R. Porter its 23rd president. Porter has worked for 33 years for IBM, including the last 15 in senior management, and has also served as a board member in higher education and as an adjunct instructor and visiting professor.

Commencement Ceremonies Move to Auditorium Due to Rain Forecast

Lindenwood University-Belleville’s 2019 Commencement Ceremonies, previously scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday, May 11, in Lindenwood Stadium, will be instead held at 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. in the Lindenwood Auditorium on the university’s Belleville campus at 2600 W. Main St.
