For shows without an intermission, the Box Office will remain open through the first 30 minutes of the show. • The Box Office accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, cash, and gift cards. • Tickets may be purchased online 24 hours a day, seven days a week at LUBoxOffice.com. • Assistive listening devices are available at the cloak room window. • Wheelchair accessible seating is available in the orchestra and balcony sections. Please call the Box Office to make arrangements. • Smoking is not permitted on the Lindenwood University campus, including in or around the J. Scheidegger Center for the Arts. • Concessions, including beer and wine, will be available for touring series shows in the lobby during the pre-show hour as well as through intermission (campus COVID policies permitting). Only beverages in a spill-resistant Scheidegger glass/mug will be allowed in the theater. • Children ages five and up are welcome to attend performances at the Scheidegger. • All patrons (including children) are required to have their own ticket for ticketed events. • Late arrivals will be seated at the discretion of management. • The use of cameras, cell phones, or any other recording devices is strictly prohibited. Refunds must be requested before the start of the show by calling the Box Office at 636-949-4433. *excludes $5 convenience fee DAY-OF-EVENT EXTENDED BOX OFFICE HOURS If you begin experiencing COVID-19 symptoms on the day of an event, we can quickly and easily refund your tickets when you call the Box Office between noon and showtime. MASK ON! As we look forward to welcoming guests back this fall, we are doing our best to keep everyone safe. Masks are required to be worn at all times while inside the Scheidegger. As policies are updated, you will be notified prior to attending a show. The Scheidegger Center is incorporating state-of-the-art air-cleaning technology in order to help bring guests, staff, and performers safely back into the theater. Commonly used and high-touch surfaces are cleaned frequently with CDC/EPA recommended cleaning products, according to CDC guidelines. Infrared monitors are located near the building entrance and will read an individual’s temperature within seconds. Hand sanitizing stations are located at the entrance and throughout the building.
